    I didn’t get a picture, but these were fantastic!!! We will definitely make these again. We added pepper flakes and Italian seasoning on top of the cheese before baking. Yummy

    These were SO good! I couldn't find the jumbo shells at the grocery store so I rolled up the filling in cooked lasagna noodles. Really good!

    Okay, this will be a staple from now on! Such a great recipe! I didn’t have any mozzarella, so I substituted it with cottage cheese and added a couple tablespoons of flour to soak up the excess moisture. It turned out great! And the nutmeg? GENIUS. I tasted the filling before and after I added nutmeg, and the nutmeg made it so much more special. I think next time I’ll add some Italian sausage to the mix. But the recipe is delicious on its own!
